Referral Partner Compensation
Our Referral Partners are trained in the process of establishing relationships with sources of continual business like business consultants, business brokers, CPA's and attorneys and other residual income generators. These individuals can refer business clients who may be interested in one or more of NWBC's financial products.
Our Referral Partners are paid 25% of the fees received by NWBC with additional overrides being paid to owners and management in situations where multiple Referral Agents are represented by a single business entity, such as a mortgage company with several brokers in different branch offices.
NWBC Referral Partners are paid these fees for simply referring the client and the transaction by providing application information and required documentation. All processing functions and back-room activities are performed by NWBC. Transaction accounting procedures, required documents and training programs are also provided, free of charge.

These residual commissions equal 30% of the net profit that NMS receives each month. Once an account signs up with us, you continue to be paid month after month, year after year. Our decision to become involved in this business is based on our desire to provide additional sources of income for our representatives while enhancing their ability to market our Equipment Leasing Services and our Unsecured Lines of Credit. In essence, one client can create three sources of income for you!
Automatic Transaction Compensation
NWBC utilizes an automated system for submitting applications. This enables your vendors to submit applications directly from their locations to our corporate headquarters. Our database identifies the Branch that originally contacted that vendor and that transaction is then associated specifically with that particular Branch. This means that even though you may not be aware that one of your vendors has submitted an application, you will still be notified immediately by NWBC that an application is in process. Upon closing, you will be paid your full commission even though your participation in the transaction may not required.
Assistance in Growth and Expansion
Our commission structure is lucrative enough to give you the opportunity to build your own sales force. You can offer an attractive commission split to your own sales agents within your Branch office(s). NWBC corporate headquarters will assist you in recruiting and training your sales people. Our goal is to help you develop a large sales organization of your own in a single or multiple locations.
